PTO engineer (direction: heat engineering)

Our company is looking for a specialist for an open vacancy “PTO Engineer” specializing in heat engineering.

Salary: from 45,000 rubles before taxes.
Required work experience: 3-6 years.
Full-time, full-time.

Responsibilities:

  1. Preparation and verification of estimates in regulatory and contractual rates.
  2. Compilation and tracking of calendar schedules for the production of works on objects of any complexity, including general contracting.
  3. Collection of volumes of work, including projects in foreign languages, and calculation of the cost of construction and installation works.
  4. Budgeting of works.
  5. Collecting data on the need for material resources when calculating commercial offers and obtaining current prices for them.
  6. Control of the volume, timeliness, execution of construction and installation works, their compliance with the project.
  7. Preparation and verification of certificates of work performed (COP-2, COP-3).
  8. Interaction with the Customer’s supervisory services.
  9. Collection of a package of organizational, licensing, production, technological and executive documentation for the complex of completed works.
  10. Work in 1C on supervised objects.

Requirements:

  1. Higher technical education.
  2. Knowledge of the basics of thermal engineering.
  3. Reading working drawings, pipeline diagrams, design and estimate documentation.
  4. Knowledge of SNIP, GOST, technical documentation, pricing in the field of construction of heating systems and networks.
  5. A confident PC user.

Conditions:

  1. Employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
  2. Payment of disability sheets, annual paid leave.
  3. Five-day working week from 8.30 to 17.00.

Foreman of general construction works

We are looking for an employee for an open vacancy “Foreman of general construction works”.

Salary: from 90,000 to 120,000 rubles before taxes.

Tasks that need to be solved:

  1. ​general organization of work on the construction site;
  2. management of production and economic activities, setting tasks for teams;
  3. preparation of schedules for the implementation of SMR and PGS;
  4. preparation of applications for materials, tools, lifting equipment;
  5. monitoring compliance with TB and OT;
  6. ensuring the quality and timing of work.

Requirements:

Active life position, desire to work.

Preferably:

  1. higher technical education (preference for PGS, DVT);
  2. experience in managing a team of at least 10 people;
  3. a confident PC user, AutoCAD.
