Mounting of the extraction workshop
In the extraction workshop we started with the correction of work made by the previous mounting company: all extractor junctions were re-welded as the Customer was unsatisfied with benzene vapors from the extractor.
We completed welding within 2 weeks, also extraction mounting was terminated within a short time.
Installed:
- 3.5 km of industrial pipeline;
- 12 km of cables.
The period of work execution is 3.5 months.
Mounting of the refining workshop
Installation of the refining workshop equipment started at the end of July, a week later we proceeded with pipelines mounting.
In general, works on the equipment mounting were terminated in October, also in the same month the most part of pipelines was accomplished.
Further, in process of missing and optional equipment receipt, mounting gradually proceeded till March, 2011.
Electric equipment mounting (power contour and instrumentation and controls) was carried out generally from October till December.
Additional works continued till April.
Installed:
- 90 tons of production equipment;
- 5,500 m of industrial pipeline;
- 16 km of cables.
The period of work execution is 4 months.
Mounting of the press workshop
Mounting of the press workshop began deep into the winter with the press and heater installation.
The heater was ready-assembled that saved some time for welding.
Mounting was carried out by two cranes with a loading capacity of 160 and 75 tons. The installation was completed within 6 hours though initially we planned to spend two days.
After perimeter building early in April we started hook-up. For some time we worked in the open air.
Mounting works were performed by early August.
By the end of June — July all the electrical works were completed.
Installed:
- 200 tons of production equipment;
- 1.5 km of industrial pipeline;
- 15 km of cables.
The period of work execution is 4 months.
Decortication and purifier
room mounting
The equipment mounting in the decortication and purifier room started in early July. The equipment and transportation system was mounted in October. Further, till March, 2011 mounting of earlier missing and optional equipment and aspiration systems and grain pipes gradually proceeded.
Electric equipment mounting (power contour and instrumentation and controls) was carried out in April-June, 2011, earlier there had been no activity because of cold weather.
- Total weight of the mounted equipment — 77 tons;
- total weight of grain pipes — 9,000 kg;
- total area of aspiration system — 880 m²;
- total length of cables — 19 km.
Period of work execution — 5 months.

The Cimbria grain-dryer installation
The Cimbria grain-dryer installation and its silos began in early December.
The grain-dryer was mounted within the 3-weeks period, set by the manufacturer and the installation supervisor.
In parallel with the substructure delivery by the general contractor, in April and late June our work team erected and installed four grain silos.

Total weight of the mounted equipment — 103 tons.
Period of work execution — 2.5 months.
