Construction of the Galich Plywood Mill

LLC Galich Plywood Mill (part of Segezha Group of Companies) is one of the largest projects in Russian woodworking. The design capacity is 125 thousand m³ of plywood per year. Construction began in 2020. In January 2022 commissioning works were carried out at the plant and the first test samples of products were released. During the implementation of the project, the Reztsoff company performed installation of technological equipment, electrical work and installation of aspiration systems.

It was the first Reztsoff’s experience with the Raute company. We carried out both mechanical and electric mounting, commissioning. In the course of works, our company was authorized to mount supporting equipment and operating platforms. The mounting work steamed ahead, nearly simultaneously with the construction works. Raute highly appreciated our work, for more than the century-long historical experience this company has had the vast experience with erecting personnel. Based on the results of our work we concluded the long-term contract whereupon our company has the status of the official mounting organization of the RAUTE company within the Russian Federation, the exclusive right in this area. We began to participate in repairs and diagnostics of the installed machines. Terms of the work completion on site: February — November, 2011.
