JSC Agrosib-Razdolye — the largest plant in Western Siberia on production of the refined and unrefined vegetable oils.
The Reztsoff company carried out mounting of all technology equipment. It was constructed: extraction workshop, refining workshop, press workshop, decortication and purifier room. Additional works: mounting of silos, installation of a Cimbria grain-dryer, wiring and mounting of instrumentation and controls of the elevator complex, mounting of technology equipment and intershop process pipelines of pressure air and nitrogen networks, mounting of pneumatic husk handling installation, mounting of transport racks. Construction of the Delphin Group JSC waste oil treatment plant

The Delfin Group plant near Moscow is the largest waste oil cleaning company in Russia. It was built as part of the implementation of the investment project “Development of an industrial cluster for oil regeneration with a storage tank farm” in the Pushkin сity district with a 12-year execution period. The planned output volume is 360 thousand tons/year.
Terms of the work completion on site: June 2021 – September 2022.
The description of the performed works: production and installation of metal structures, installation of technological equipment, installation of process pipelines.

Construction of the plant for the production of soy protein concentrate of the Group of companies Sodrugestvo

In 2019, within the framework of the national project “International cooperation and Export”, the company Sodrugestvo-protein (part of the Group of companies Sodrugestvo), began construction of the world’s largest plant for the production of soy protein concentrate with a capacity of 510 tons per day in Svetly city, Kaliningrad region, which will complement the existing production complex. The company Reztsoff was chosen as the General Contractor. For us, this is the third project being implemented jointly with the Group of companies Sodrugestvo and the tenth project for the construction of an oil extraction plant.
The work lasted from January to December 2020.

Construction of the extraction shop for the oil extraction plant JSC Orelmaslo

On February 25, 2019, the opening ceremony of the construction of a new extraction shop was held at the Orelmaslo plant.
The company Reztoff acted as the General Contractor for the implementation of this project. The contract was a continuation of cooperation with JSC Orelmaslo: previously, work was carried out on the manufacture and installation of metal structures for the oil cake storage warehouse (132 tons).
We started building the extraction shop in March 2019 and it was fully built in April 2020. In August 2020, the new workshop of the Orelmaslo creamery underwent commissioning, and in October it was launched. The capacity of the creamery taking into account the new shop will be 400 thousand tons per year.
