The construction of the largest West-Siberian plant on refined and unrefined oil — JSC Agrosib-Razdolye

JSC Agrosib-Razdolye — the largest plant in Western Siberia on production of the refined and unrefined vegetable oils.
The Reztsoff company carried out mounting of all technology equipment. It was constructed: extraction workshop, refining workshop, press workshop, decortication and purifier room. Additional works: mounting of silos, installation of a Cimbria grain-dryer, wiring and mounting of instrumentation and controls of the elevator complex, mounting of technology equipment and intershop process pipelines of pressure air and nitrogen networks, mounting of pneumatic husk handling installation, mounting of transport racks. Terms of performance of works on object: May, 2010 — September, 2011

Installation of technological equipment at the plant for the production of aluminum profile “LightСonstruction”

LLC LightСonstruction is a plant for the production of aluminum profiles with a capacity of 5000 tons of finished products per year. The plant is equipped with modern extrusion lines SMS Eumuco GmbH (Germany) and OMVL S.p.A. (Italy), which allow to produce over 170 types of profiles. LLC Reztsoff performed work on the installation of technological equipment when the plant’s production facilities were moved to a new production building. The work was completed in 2.5 months.

Construction of the plant for processing oils and fats LLC “Irkutsk oil and fat production plant”

The oil and fat processing plant was built by the LLC “Irkutsk oil and fat production plant”, which is, а part of the Yanta Group of enterprises. Its capacity is 150 tons of vegetable oil and 100 tons of fats per day. The construction of the new plant lasted 1.5 years: in August 2018 — the foundation was laid; in 2019 — metal structures and technological equipment was installed; by the end of the year, the construction was completed. The commissioning was completed on February 25, 2020. During the construction of the plant the company «Reztsoff» carried out work on the installation of technological equipment, insulation of technological equipment and pipelines.

Construction of the Galich Plywood Mill

LLC Galich Plywood Mill (part of Segezha Group of Companies) is one of the largest projects in Russian woodworking. The design capacity is 125 thousand m³ of plywood per year. Construction began in 2020. In January 2022 commissioning works were carried out at the plant and the first test samples of products were released. During the implementation of the project, the Reztsoff company performed installation of technological equipment, electrical work and installation of aspiration systems.

Construction of the Delphin Group JSC waste oil treatment plant

The Delfin Group plant near Moscow is the largest waste oil cleaning company in Russia. It was built as part of the implementation of the investment project “Development of an industrial cluster for oil regeneration with a storage tank farm” in the Pushkin сity district with a 12-year execution period. The planned output volume is 360 thousand tons/year.
Terms of the work completion on site: June 2021 – September 2022.
The description of the performed works: production and installation of metal structures, installation of technological equipment, installation of process pipelines.

Construction of the plant for the production of soy protein concentrate of the Group of companies Sodrugestvo

In 2019, within the framework of the national project “International cooperation and Export”, the company Sodrugestvo-protein (part of the Group of companies Sodrugestvo), began construction of the world’s largest plant for the production of soy protein concentrate with a capacity of 510 tons per day in Svetly city, Kaliningrad region, which will complement the existing production complex. The company Reztsoff was chosen as the General Contractor. For us, this is the third project being implemented jointly with the Group of companies Sodrugestvo and the tenth project for the construction of an oil extraction plant.
The work lasted from January to December 2020.

Construction of the extraction shop for the oil extraction plant JSC Orelmaslo

On February 25, 2019, the opening ceremony of the construction of a new extraction shop was held at the Orelmaslo plant.
The company Reztoff acted as the General Contractor for the implementation of this project. The contract was a continuation of cooperation with JSC Orelmaslo: previously, work was carried out on the manufacture and installation of metal structures for the oil cake storage warehouse (132 tons).
We started building the extraction shop in March 2019 and it was fully built in April 2020. In August 2020, the new workshop of the Orelmaslo creamery underwent commissioning, and in October it was launched. The capacity of the creamery taking into account the new shop will be 400 thousand tons per year.

The construction of the distributional center for the factory “Nestle Purina Petcare”

The construction of the distributional center for the factory “Nestle Purina Petcare” (production branch of Nestle Russia). Kaluga Region, Borovsky district. There are works performed on “System of tray loading” equipment installation. All mounting, electrical and commissioning works have been carried out by two engineers of the LAN Handling Systems company jointly with specialists of our company in the shortest possible time according to the signed contract. Terms of performance of works on object: January — December, 2012, January, October — November, 2013, January — February, 2014

Manufacturing reconstruction at JSC Biysk oil extracting factory

Manufacturing reconstruction at JSC Biysk oil extracting factory (the Altai Territory, Biysk). The company Reztsoff performed work on the replacement of pipelines, equipment, engines and electrical wiring, metalwork production and mounting. Terms of the work completion on site: November, 2011.

The construction of Bezenchuksky oil extraction plant

The construction of an oil extraction plant with capacity of 1200 tons a day (Samara region, Bezenchuk).
Terms of the work completion on site: June, 2010 — April, 2011 The company Reztsoff performed work on the mounting of automation systems in the extraction and the press workshops.

Construction of the plant for the production of plywood

It was the first Reztsoff’s experience with the Raute company. We carried out both mechanical and electric mounting, commissioning. In the course of works, our company was authorized to mount supporting equipment and operating platforms. The mounting work steamed ahead, nearly simultaneously with the construction works. Raute highly appreciated our work, for more than the century-long historical experience this company has had the vast experience with erecting personnel. Based on the results of our work we concluded the long-term contract whereupon our company has the status of the official mounting organization of the RAUTE company within the Russian Federation, the exclusive right in this area. We began to participate in repairs and diagnostics of the installed machines. Terms of the work completion on site: February — November, 2011.
