JSC Agrosib-Razdolye — the largest plant in Western Siberia on production of the refined and unrefined vegetable oils.
The Reztsoff company carried out mounting of all technology equipment. It was constructed: extraction workshop, refining workshop, press workshop, decortication and purifier room. Additional works: mounting of silos, installation of a Cimbria grain-dryer, wiring and mounting of instrumentation and controls of the elevator complex, mounting of technology equipment and intershop process pipelines of pressure air and nitrogen networks, mounting of pneumatic husk handling installation, mounting of transport racks. Construction of the plant for processing oils and fats LLC “Irkutsk oil and fat production plant”

The oil and fat processing plant was built by the LLC “Irkutsk oil and fat production plant”, which is, а part of the Yanta Group of enterprises. Its capacity is 150 tons of vegetable oil and 100 tons of fats per day. The construction of the new plant lasted 1.5 years: in August 2018 — the foundation was laid; in 2019 — metal structures and technological equipment was installed; by the end of the year, the construction was completed. The commissioning was completed on February 25, 2020. During the construction of the plant the company «Reztsoff» carried out work on the installation of technological equipment, insulation of technological equipment and pipelines.

Construction of the extraction shop for the oil extraction plant JSC Orelmaslo

On February 25, 2019, the opening ceremony of the construction of a new extraction shop was held at the Orelmaslo plant.
The company Reztoff acted as the General Contractor for the implementation of this project. The contract was a continuation of cooperation with JSC Orelmaslo: previously, work was carried out on the manufacture and installation of metal structures for the oil cake storage warehouse (132 tons).
We started building the extraction shop in March 2019 and it was fully built in April 2020. In August 2020, the new workshop of the Orelmaslo creamery underwent commissioning, and in October it was launched. The capacity of the creamery taking into account the new shop will be 400 thousand tons per year.
