Construction of the plant for the production of soy protein concentrate of the Group of companies Sodrugestvo

In 2019, within the framework of the national project “International cooperation and Export”, the company Sodrugestvo-protein (part of the Group of companies Sodrugestvo), began construction of the world’s largest plant for the production of soy protein concentrate with a capacity of 510 tons per day in Svetly city, Kaliningrad region, which will complement the existing production complex. The company Reztsoff was chosen as the General Contractor. For us, this is the third project being implemented jointly with the Group of companies Sodrugestvo and the tenth project for the construction of an oil extraction plant.
The work lasted from January to December 2020.

Construction of the extraction shop for the oil extraction plant JSC Orelmaslo

On February 25, 2019, the opening ceremony of the construction of a new extraction shop was held at the Orelmaslo plant.
The company Reztoff acted as the General Contractor for the implementation of this project. The contract was a continuation of cooperation with JSC Orelmaslo: previously, work was carried out on the manufacture and installation of metal structures for the oil cake storage warehouse (132 tons).
We started building the extraction shop in March 2019 and it was fully built in April 2020. In August 2020, the new workshop of the Orelmaslo creamery underwent commissioning, and in October it was launched. The capacity of the creamery taking into account the new shop will be 400 thousand tons per year.

The construction of the distributional center for the factory “Nestle Purina Petcare” (production branch of Nestle Russia). Kaluga Region, Borovsky district. There are works performed on “System of tray loading” equipment installation. All mounting, electrical and commissioning works have been carried out by two engineers of the LAN Handling Systems company jointly with specialists of our company in the shortest possible time according to the signed contract. Terms of performance of works on object: January — December, 2012, January, October — November, 2013, January — February, 2014

Construction of the plant for the production of plywood

It was the first Reztsoff’s experience with the Raute company. We carried out both mechanical and electric mounting, commissioning. In the course of works, our company was authorized to mount supporting equipment and operating platforms. The mounting work steamed ahead, nearly simultaneously with the construction works. Raute highly appreciated our work, for more than the century-long historical experience this company has had the vast experience with erecting personnel. Based on the results of our work we concluded the long-term contract whereupon our company has the status of the official mounting organization of the RAUTE company within the Russian Federation, the exclusive right in this area. We began to participate in repairs and diagnostics of the installed machines. Terms of the work completion on site: February — November, 2011.
