JSC Agrosib-Razdolye — the largest plant in Western Siberia on production of the refined and unrefined vegetable oils.
The Reztsoff company carried out mounting of all technology equipment. It was constructed: extraction workshop, refining workshop, press workshop, decortication and purifier room. Additional works: mounting of silos, installation of a Cimbria grain-dryer, wiring and mounting of instrumentation and controls of the elevator complex, mounting of technology equipment and intershop process pipelines of pressure air and nitrogen networks, mounting of pneumatic husk handling installation, mounting of transport racks. Installation of technological equipment at the plant for the production of aluminum profile “LightСonstruction”

LLC LightСonstruction is a plant for the production of aluminum profiles with a capacity of 5000 tons of finished products per year. The plant is equipped with modern extrusion lines SMS Eumuco GmbH (Germany) and OMVL S.p.A. (Italy), which allow to produce over 170 types of profiles. LLC Reztsoff performed work on the installation of technological equipment when the plant’s production facilities were moved to a new production building. The work was completed in 2.5 months.

Construction of the plant for processing oils and fats LLC “Irkutsk oil and fat production plant”

The oil and fat processing plant was built by the LLC “Irkutsk oil and fat production plant”, which is, а part of the Yanta Group of enterprises. Its capacity is 150 tons of vegetable oil and 100 tons of fats per day. The construction of the new plant lasted 1.5 years: in August 2018 — the foundation was laid; in 2019 — metal structures and technological equipment was installed; by the end of the year, the construction was completed. The commissioning was completed on February 25, 2020. During the construction of the plant the company «Reztsoff» carried out work on the installation of technological equipment, insulation of technological equipment and pipelines.

Construction of the Galich Plywood Mill

LLC Galich Plywood Mill (part of Segezha Group of Companies) is one of the largest projects in Russian woodworking. The design capacity is 125 thousand m³ of plywood per year. Construction began in 2020. In January 2022 commissioning works were carried out at the plant and the first test samples of products were released. During the implementation of the project, the Reztsoff company performed installation of technological equipment, electrical work and installation of aspiration systems.

Construction of the Delphin Group JSC waste oil treatment plant

The Delfin Group plant near Moscow is the largest waste oil cleaning company in Russia. It was built as part of the implementation of the investment project “Development of an industrial cluster for oil regeneration with a storage tank farm” in the Pushkin сity district with a 12-year execution period. The planned output volume is 360 thousand tons/year.
Terms of the work completion on site: June 2021 – September 2022.
The description of the performed works: production and installation of metal structures, installation of technological equipment, installation of process pipelines.
