Blasting is a stage before painting, which allows to increase the durability of the paint coating. It is a key element of quality.

Cleaning is carried out in assembled form after the welding section.

The degree of cleaning complies with Russian and international standards: international standard ISO 8501-1: 1988, State All-Union standard (GOST) 9.402.

We use two options for metal cleaning:

  • cleaning of rolled metal in a blast cabinet at the entrance to production;
  • cleaning of welded structures after welding in a pass-through blast cabinet

It is better to see once
than to hear a hundred times!
